Donggeun Lee as New Senior Associate Patent Attorney

Summary

PI IP LAW is pleased to announce the addition of Donggeun Lee as a new Senior Associate Patent Attorney. He has expertise in next-generation leading technologies such as blockchain, deep learning, and big data, as well as mechanical and electronic hardware and software.

We are delighted to welcome Donggeun Lee, who is starting at PI IP LAW as a new Senior Associate Patent Attorney starting on 24th August 2020.

 

Donggeun has worked for the past  4 years in the industry, having served previously as an attorney at the Intellectual Property Law Firm PCR. He successfully handled cases for a wide range of technologies in the fields of machinery and electronics and with focus on the latest technology related to patents, such as blockchain, deep learning and big data.

 

We believe that Donggeun would be an indispensable addition to PI IP LAW, especially to our AI team. He’ll work with AI technologies, most actively involved in our digital healthcare and imaging practices, on all aspects of IP protection. Donggeun has successfully performed tasks such as IP right registration, IP analysis and IP portfolio management projects in accordance with the needs of each customer. 

Apart from work, he has contributed to educating students and turning ideas into rights by participating in an intellectual property consulting project from the Korea Invention Promotion Association (KIPA) for young people who are not familiar with the concept of intellectual property rights.
